Description

Start on Sunday with three roles for the week — self, work, family, whatever matters now — and write what a good week looks like in each. The second page turns those roles into goals, a short to-do list and an urgent-versus-important matrix, so the week has a plan before it has a schedule.

The third page is the week day by day: morning, afternoon and evening for each day, with a one-line log to fill in every night. The last page closes the week with five questions — how you felt, which role got the least attention, what worked and what didn't, and what you'll carry into next week.

Use it as a weekly ritual: add the set to a diary every Sunday and the pages line up week after week, so you can flip back and compare.
